The service here has been on a decline lately. I phoned on a Sunday and was informed that no slots were free. Fair enough! But the girl on the line just hung up abruptly. I called the next weekend in the morning to secure an appointment this time. My partner and I visited, and the same non-American girl who had answered last weekend led me to my spot. She placed a very dirty towel (photo attached) in front of me, which was a HUGE turn-off. The worst part was, she just walked off. At that moment, I knew my partner and I wouldn't return, so I didn't bother. Iris has been the one doing my nails. The instant she noticed the towel, she swapped it out and even showed it to the other person working on someone else's nails. I could sense their embarrassment. No one acknowledged or offered an apology for this.
I arrived with my parent and a child for a nail appointment. They had a mani/pedi while I opted for acrylics. I inquired about designs, and despite the display, the artist struggled with the application, length, and design. The lack of skill and professionalism led me to walk out with unfinished nails. The unclean children's paint chipped within a day. Save your money and seek competent nail artists elsewhere.
My visits here have been consistently fantastic. The team is welcoming, the service top-notch, and the atmosphere truly relaxing. I highly recommend this salon!
