I had high hopes for my visit to this nail salon, seeking relaxation, but sadly, it will be my first and last time here. I strongly advise against coming to this establishment; in fact, I urge everyone to reconsider before stepping foot in this place. The services were of poor quality, communication was lacking, and there was absolutely no crisis management in place. During my appointment, the nail technician accidentally cut my finger, causing it to bleed. Instead of addressing the issue, she attempted to cover it up by applying a red manicure color to blend with the blood! When I insisted she clean the wound, she ignored my request. As I tried to take a photo of my injured finger, she forcibly took my phone from my hand to prevent me from documenting the situation. My experience was absolutely dreadful. What was meant to be a relaxing time turned into a painful ordeal. Before considering a visit here, think carefully or seek services elsewhere.
The establishment itself was charming, and the technician was friendly. Unfortunately, the outcome of my full set and pedicure was disastrous. By Saturday, one nail had broken off completely, and by Monday, another one snapped at the quick. There were signs of trouble when the top coat clouded over immediately after curing under the lamp. Despite the technician's efforts to fix it, the top coat started peeling the same day. The pedicure chipped right away as well, even though gel usually lasts for weeks. I regret not paying more attention to previous reviews. If you're looking for a pleasant conversation, this place is fine. But if you want your nails done properly, I suggest looking elsewhere.
The technician was quite pleasant and offered assistance. However, the quality of the gel manicure I received was subpar. After just three days, it began to peel off, which was disappointing considering the high price of the service.
