It would have been helpful if they informed me that the stylist was new and had recently obtained her license when I made the appointment. This is especially important since I am a new customer to the salon. I took my 13-year-old son for a haircut (which looked nothing like the picture he showed). Three other girls observed, appearing apprehensive. It was evident to me that they were uncertain of what they were doing. I must say, Emoni, a student at Paul Mitchell, works with such professionalism. She exudes courtesy and efficiency. Her skills made me feel at ease as she worked on my hair. This was the first time I allowed anyone at Paul Mitchell to capture photos of the service because it was truly beautiful. The two instructors, Darlene and the Textured Hair Queen, are truly remarkable! They closely monitor the students to ensure they are doing well and are quick to step in if assistance is needed. I love Hair on the Square. There is an amazing vibe through the entire salon. The staff are very pleasant. I wouldn't dream of getting my hair done anywhere else.
