When I got my hair colored the colors were very vibrant and natural looking. It would have been helpful if they informed me that the stylist was new and had recently obtained her license when I made the appointment. This is especially important since I am a new customer to the salon. I took my 13-year-old son for a haircut (which looked nothing like the picture he showed). Three other girls observed, appearing apprehensive. It was evident to me that they were uncertain of what they were doing.
