I feel very let down. I took my daughters in for a basic pedicure with shellac, along with one full set, and upon checking my bank statements, I noticed they charged me $65 for the first and $85 for the second. I will be there on Tuesday when they open, this is not acceptable to me at all. I might not be the first person, but that will be the final time.
The most dreadful spot in Chicago! Seek out a student who knows English. One student stained the whole side of my face nearly black. Tried to remove it but it tinted the tiny hairs on my face. They lack expertise. Another student cut my toes so much they bled while soaking in cold water during a pedicure. Disturbing place!
Exceptional instructors. Outstanding students. A highly cost-effective spot to get a trim.
