I had my eyebrows threaded here, and before the service, I specifically stated that I only wanted my brows touched up. I emphasized that I did NOT want them to be made thin. However, not only did she make them pencil thin, but she also completely messed up the natural shape.
I arrived for service 30 minutes before closing. There was a person in the chair and 1 waiting. Both services were very brief. After sitting and waiting 17 minutes, the lady asked me what service I wanted. I requested lashes and threading. She then informed me that she didn’t have time for lashes. It was 6:47, so they were not closed. As a customer who had been waiting for service while the business was still open, I SHOULD HAVE BEEN SERVED. She should have inquired about my desired services when I entered, so I didn’t have to waste time waiting to be turned away before closing. WILL NOT RETURN.
I do not recommend this place at all. I had my eyebrows threaded. They messed them up. After waiting 3 months for them to grow back, I returned, and they messed them up again. When I went back, another lady attempted to fix them, but she could only do so much and advised me to use castor oil to regrow them before getting them redone. Additionally, I took my niece to get her eyelashes done for an event. She had them done at 1 p.m., and by 8 p.m., they were already falling off. They were not even done correctly, and we were told that the technician should have known how to properly apply them in the corner. That's part of her job. They make various excuses but refuse to refund your money even for their mistakes. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! IT IS A HIT OR MISS DEPENDING ON WHICH TECHNICIAN YOU GET!
