Honestly, if I could rate this salon a zero, I would. The person used alcohol in the nail polish application on my toes, and even after letting it dry for 30 minutes and being cautious, it still melted off. Very disrespectful. They should consider themselves lucky to have my business because I can easily take it elsewhere.
I went to this salon for the first time on October 3rd, a day before my 30th birthday. There was a woman in her mid-40s wearing red Air Jordan 1s who did my nails (that's the main thing I remember about her, haha). She was incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, my nails started coming off the following week, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the polish on one of my toes chipped off. I tried to glue the nails back on for a few days, but eventually, I just removed the rest. I spent a total of $120 for a deluxe pedicure and manicure with nail art, although I didn't end up getting any art done in the end. Despite being satisfied with the service and the quick completion before closing time at 7 pm, I felt like it was somewhat of a waste of money due to the unexpected nail issues. It was enjoyable while it lasted, especially since I hadn't treated myself to a nail and foot pampering session since my last birthday.
My first visit to this salon was fantastic. The dip nails I got are absolutely stunning and not bulky like some others I've seen. I will definitely be returning for more services in the future.
