The person used alcohol in the nail polish application on my toes, and even after letting it dry for 30 minutes and being cautious, it still melted off. Very disrespectful. Absolutely atrocious cancellation policy. First and final time booking with Massage Envy. Recently relocated to Tuscaloosa and scheduled a massage to utilize a $100 Christmas gift card. Had to cancel last minute due to my child's illness and was still hit with a $65 charge for same-day cancellation, half the service cost, despite manager consultation. Well-versed in company policies, having drafted them myself, yet left with a useless $35 card and Massage Envy lost a potential repeat client.
