Julie was my nail artist and they did a great job! I was a walk in and they took me straight in for a mani and pedi. They did a really good job getting my cuticles and hangnails in my toes. They were patient with me with this being my first pedicure.
I wanted rainbow colors on my finger nails and they did exactly what I wanted and even helped with getting the gradients of the colors to match up. THEY LACK EXPERTISE!! I was assisted by a youthful appearing individual. I presented a simple design idea which she worked on for 2 hours with visible difficulty. I had to intervene due to the thickness and unevenness of the lines. To simplify, I suggested a black and brown French tip, only to notice unsightly white spots on the base layer. When inquired, she admitted she was unsure why it turned out that way. The final result had unfinished side edges, uneven lines, gaps, and poorly cleaned glitter. Each finger had a different and uneven appearance. This individual is a truly kind elderly person, and I hesitate to critique such a pleasant individual but the cut is average at best. She trimmed my hair in under 10 minutes whereas I visit other barbers and it’s at MINIMUM 15 minutes because they take their time and pay attention to detail. The clippers are somewhat dull and caused a bit of irritation to my skin.
