Julie was my nail artist and they did a great job! I was a walk in and they took me straight in for a mani and pedi. They did a really good job getting my cuticles and hangnails in my toes. They were patient with me with this being my first pedicure. I wanted rainbow colors on my finger nails and they did exactly what I wanted and even helped with getting the gradients of the colors to match up. They even gave me paper flip flops after they did my toes as I didn’t think ahead and wore tennis shoes.
Absolutely amazing experience! I had booked an appointment with Jennifer Nails for a pedicure and full set, but when I showed up they told me that I couldn’t get a full set, as the person who does them was gone for the day. They told me I was only going to get a pedicure, so I left. It was pretty awkward, but I ended up booking here as a result! Already they were much more professional over the phone and actually took down my information for the appointment, which Jennifer’s didn’t. I got a gel pedicure and full set, and everyone in the store was incredibly sweet and friendly. I gave them a Pinterest picture, which they replicated perfectly, but with the Spring colors I requested. They do a great job cleaning cuticles and ingrown nails, and checking to make sure you like the shape. My nails feel super secure and look amazing, especially since most places do not want to do my shape, since it is not very popular. I can’t wait to go back and get to know these amazing individuals better! I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this is the first time I have ever not felt awkward in a nail salon. I chew my cuticles and like to get acrylic tips to help me stop. These individuals were incredibly sweet and nurturing. I felt like family.
Loann did my nails and they were very nice and accommodating, they were very gentle and kind and showed me different colors and chrome top coast options which I appreciated a lot. Usually nail salons rush you or don’t listen to your preference but Loann made sure I was happy which was very nice. I loved the overall finish!
