I visited The Wellness Center as a guest because the Aquatic Center was closed for swimming competitions. My experience was fantastic! The front desk receptionist (Andrea) warmly welcomed me and even gave me a tour of the facility! I was impressed by the steam room and sauna. I spent over 6 hours there! The pool was clean, warm, and inviting. There were male staff members cleaning the pool area, and though I didn't catch their names, they made me feel very welcome. I mentioned that I had just learned how to swim, and they complimented my progress! I highly recommend this place and will definitely return🤗
I underwent a Chemical Peel at the Spa. Unfortunately, I have seen no improvement from the $130 service. My skin showed no reaction at all - no tingling, stinging, peeling, burning, nothing. I can't even tell that I had the service done. I honestly doubt the expertise of the service provider. It's clear to me why they struggle with attracting clients. I spoke with the Supervisor JR, who offered me a 20 percent discount on another round of services, but I politely declined. I can't afford to waste money on experimental treatments. It's hard to believe she is experienced when she was reading off her phone. JR mentioned it was her way of ensuring she followed protocols. I've had numerous facials before and never encountered someone reading off their phone.
My adult child spent 5 hours in the emergency room with a kidney stone. We were leaving for our holiday in 2 days. The doctor, whose name I wish I knew, went out of his way to find a urologist who could perform the procedure the next day so my child could still go on vacation. We had to go to Oxford, but it worked out fine. Thank you so much!
