This was a most delightful experience, surpassing expectations. Jasmine was incredibly easy to converse with, felt like an old acquaintance. She demonstrated great attention to detail in her work. The atmosphere of the place even allowed me to catch some much-needed rest briefly. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

The service was abysmal and the staff were impolite. I requested a specific nail style, but the technician executed a completely different design. When I pointed out the error, he became hostile and roughly handled my hands and wrists. I inquired if there was an issue, but he disregarded me. If my nails weren't already partially done with acrylic, I would have left immediately. It was a truly dreadful encounter. I also observed two other nail technicians refusing to accommodate specific requests from other clients.
