Welcoming. Hygienic. They fixed my ingrown nail and gave me a wonderful pedicure. Highly recommend. I will definitely return.
Entered with my friend as a walk-in around 4:30 on a Wednesday and was told there would be a 45-minute wait. That would have been acceptable if the service was good. My friend got seated 45 minutes before me and received a stunning set. I didn't get seated until nearly 6:30 (after waiting almost 2 hours) and I could sense that the person doing my nails wasn't pleased because she wanted to close by 7. Ended up with a basic set of acrylics with a matte topcoat. They look terrible. She hurried the whole time and it shows. Each of my nails is bumpy and some are uneven. The topcoat doesn't cover the entire nail and they're still glossy around the edges. Very let down as I waited for 2 hours and wasted half my day to leave with subpar nails, and I have to live with it because I can't make time to fix them for almost a week. When the shop owner realized I wasn't satisfied, she audaciously said, "you should have made an appointment." I was furious but just paid and left to avoid confrontation. Don't promote walk-ins if you're going to treat them poorly and then blame them for not booking. I will absolutely NEVER revisit this shop.
I visited this place today May 25th to experience my first ever pedicure. The service was top-notch and she did an amazing job!! The massaging chair, the feet pampering, the toenails painted with gel, and the leg massage were all fantastic. I will definitely return for more pampering!
