The service was abysmal and the staff were impolite. I requested a specific nail style, but the technician executed a completely different design. When I pointed out the error, he became hostile and roughly handled my hands and wrists. I inquired if there was an issue, but he disregarded me. If my nails weren't already partially done with acrylic, I would have left immediately. It was a truly dreadful encounter. I also observed two other nail technicians refusing to accommodate specific requests from other clients. I have no intention of returning to this establishment.
