NICE NAILS & SPA

I totally don’t recommend this business. I brought my two girls to do the pedicure. And the gals charge me $35 for the pink color and for my other girl he charge me $30.00 and I ask him why he charge me did rent price if both of my girls got the same service pedicure he say because of the different color, that doesn’t make any sense to me. Plus the gal cut my girl finger bad services. First time coming here and it would be definitely the last time coming here. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I have been going to Lovely Nails & Spa on Dinuba in Visalia, Ca for the last 2 years, however; I have been living in Tulare for the last year. So, when the owners of Lovely Nails & Spa took over this nail salon, I started going here because it is a lot closer than the other location. I have never had an issue with their services in the past, however; today when I came in my experience was horrible. The staff was slow, the customers were agitated, and my nail tech was more worried about getting me out of the salon than what my nails looked like. I have been out of the salon now for 40min and my are lumpy, have scratches in them, and the edges are already peeling. Not to mention, my nail tech dumped the glitter out onto the table and scraped it off the table with a finger to apply it to my nails. I am super disappointed and will not be retuning to this salon. ):

The individual who did my nails was Alexis, and let me tell you, she did an exceptional job! I've been receiving compliments about my nails, and I personally like them better than the inspired photo I provided her. I got a full set of acrylics. My total came out to be $75 with a $5 tip, so overall, it was $80. Alexis has outstanding customer service. She knows precisely how to make a nail look as clean and detailed as possible. I asked her if I could cut my own nails, and she let me with no hesitation! She is a funny and chill gal. She asks you questions throughout the whole process to ensure you are satisfied. The majority of nail salons I go to don't have the service this place provides. When you walk in, you can already tell you're gonna be relaxed. This small hole in the wall is up to date with their products, their furniture, and their payments. They accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc! The price is around the same as everyone else. I recommend trying them out and seeing if this could be your next go-to spot. The first photo is the inspo. The rest are my own. ✨️
