We made an online reservation for a massage. The website displayed various massage services available for booking. However, upon arrival, the staff member informed us that they do not have a massage therapist on-site. The owner has been made aware of this discrepancy but has chosen not to address it. This lack of professionalism and disregard for clients' time is truly disappointing. As a person in the eighth month of pregnancy, I made a special effort to attend this appointment with my daughter. It is unfortunate that the business does not prioritize accuracy and customer satisfaction over website maintenance.
Absolutely adore this establishment! The staff is incredibly friendly and provides a warm welcome upon arrival. I have purchased numerous gift certificates for friends and family. Jim even visited our workplace to offer back massages for support staff. Vicky did an impeccable job tattooing my eyeliner, and my eyelashes look fantastic every time I leave. I have been a loyal client for years and continue to love everything about this place!
I visited for a haircut. The protective cape used was covered in lint, which clung to my work attire. The stylist accidentally poked me in the eye twice and scraped my nose with the comb. Previously having an undercut, now after the trim, my undercut is visible. The haircut is uneven and the stylist attempted to blame it on the existing undercut. Towards the end of the haircut, I was asked to stand up so the stylist could ensure it was straight, which it was not. Proper hair layering should involve shorter layers underneath to prevent stray hairs. Overall, extremely dissatisfied with the experience.
