UPDATE 09/01/2022: They promptly contacted me on the evening I posted my review and kindly offered a complimentary fix. I clearly explained what I wanted this time (I acknowledge not bringing pictures initially), and Sierra, the same individual who worked on my lashes before, flawlessly redid them. She was so pleasant about it. I will definitely be a returning customer ☺️
