I have visited this establishment before and always had a positive experience, but today was below par.
The therapist's nails were excessively long and were causing discomfort by digging into my skin. I brought this up to the massage therapist, but there was no apology. He appeared annoyed by my feedback. There was no communication from him regarding the pressure throughout the session despite me expressing my needs multiple times. Additionally, he ended the massage two minutes early, depriving me of my full 50-minute session. I only realized this after he left the room and I checked the clock. When I pay for 50 minutes, I expect the full duration.
