I enjoy visiting Raymond for massages. He pays great attention to detail, listens attentively, and focuses on the areas where you require relief. For instance, when I was experiencing shoulder and elbow pain, he made sure to thoroughly loosen the knots in my back. I left feeling relaxed, with significantly reduced pain. On Fridays, he offers an hour-long massage for $40.
I received two massage gift vouchers through Groupon to experience Power of Touch. I followed the redemption instructions, scheduled an appointment, and got a confirmation. Upon arrival, I found the establishment empty and locked. Raymond canceled the appointment without informing me. Understanding that things can go awry, I rescheduled. However, through a series of impolite texts, Raymond informed me that my vouchers would not be honored. The intention behind this gift was to aid in my relaxation during a challenging period, yet Raymond only added to my stress and frustration. He could benefit from improving his customer service skills. I will be taking my business and money elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same.
I have received exceptional massages from Raymond several times and plan to visit him weekly. As a fitness instructor, my body requires therapy to cope with the rigors of intense workouts. I can attest that Raymond is the sole massage therapist I've encountered (and I've been receiving massages for numerous years) who truly understands how to alleviate the pain in my shoulders, back, and neck. His strength allows him to effectively work on my 5'10 frame. Additionally, he provides a compassionate relaxation massage, as he did for me a few weeks ago following the passing of a friend.
