Rose completely botched my hair. Just three weeks after getting extensions, they started falling out along with the beads. She even acknowledged that she didn't do a good job. Despite offering to fix it, I wouldn't trust her again. The color was extremely patchy and uneven. She rushed through my appointment due to overbooking without assistance.
