Just a day after a standard manicure, the edges of my nails were already chipped. While the technician appeared to be careful during the service, it became evident that she lacked proper technique. I had to guide her on pushing back my cuticles, which shouldn't be necessary. My recent visit to this salon for hair bleaching, toning, and cutting was a disaster. The stylist, a gentleman with short blonde hair, left the bleach on for an excessive amount of time, resulting in severe damage to my hair. He took an astonishing 6 hours to complete the services due to constant distractions from friends and phone calls. Upon returning home, my hair began falling out in clumps due to the mishandling. I am now dealing with chemical burns on my scalp.
