I’ve always had top-notch service at this salon & have been a loyal customer since it opened at Regency Mall. Every stylist has excelled in their craft, whether it's cutting and styling my hair or giving a manicure or pedicure! Their pricing is the most competitive I've come across in the Richmond area & I wholeheartedly endorse them. Sam (“Samuel”) who works on Fridays and Saturdays does an exceptional job with my hair—she consistently listens to my preferences and executes my desired style flawlessly every time. I never leave feeling dissatisfied with the length or style of my hair. It always perfectly aligns with my vision and complements my personal aesthetic, facial structure, etc. I also recommend Alex for nail services—he delivers impeccable results.
I experienced this salon for the first time today, and it was truly exceptional. The ambiance was incredibly serene. I opted for a dip powder manicure with tips and a pedicure. The precision and care taken during the services were outstanding. The staff were meticulous and incredibly kind. The pricing was surprisingly reasonable as well. I have previously paid $60 for just a manicure elsewhere, whereas here, I received both a manicure and pedicure for $80 (before gratuity). Without a doubt, I will be returning for future appointments.
I visited this establishment yesterday and was greeted by such warm and delightful individuals! They expertly styled my partner's hair and my nails turned out absolutely fabulous! I adore the outcome of my nails, and the attention to detail was truly impressive! I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit!
