I opted for the basic mani ($20) and they skipped the cuticle oil and lotion, just a speedy filing and painting. It was done in 12 minutes from beginning to end. The service provider did not introduce herself, rushed through the service, cleaned while working on me, and left me waiting for long periods. She tweezed hairs without permission, used a strange towel technique that felt uncomfortable, and made fun of me with the receptionists after I left the room. She recommended no products and showed little concern for my well-being. I strongly suggest Exxxcessive beauty by Marina Blaze in suite 26. I visited her for a complete hair makeover and she exceeded my expectations. I had no idea what I wanted and provided minimal guidance, but based on a few photos I sent beforehand since we had never met, she created my new colors perfectly. They complement my skin tone beautifully.
