The service provider did not introduce herself, rushed through the service, cleaned while working on me, and left me waiting for long periods. She tweezed hairs without permission, used a strange towel technique that felt uncomfortable, and made fun of me with the receptionists after I left the room. She recommended no products and showed little concern for my well-being. I strongly suggest Exxxcessive beauty by Marina Blaze in suite 26. I visited her for a complete hair makeover and she exceeded my expectations. I had no idea what I wanted and provided minimal guidance, but based on a few photos I sent beforehand since we had never met, she created my new colors perfectly. They complement my skin tone beautifully. I opted for the basic mani ($20) and they skipped the cuticle oil and lotion, just a speedy filing and painting. It was done in 12 minutes from beginning to end.
