The service provider did not introduce herself, rushed through the service, cleaned while working on me, and left me waiting for long periods. She tweezed hairs without permission, used a strange towel technique that felt uncomfortable, and made fun of me with the receptionists after I left the room. She recommended no products and showed little concern for my well-being. After some investigation, I found out her name is "Laura," who has been working there for 7 years and supposedly enjoys building client relationships.
I made a reservation for a 45-minute service online in January. After the service, I requested the same exact service from the receptionist. To my surprise, she only booked me for a 30-minute service. I was willing to pay for a longer session and was flexible with my appointment time, so I'm not sure why it was shortened. I recommend booking appointments online to ensure you get what you want. The massage by Oliver was excellent, but the in-person booking process was disappointing.
