I strongly suggest Exxxcessive beauty by Marina Blaze in suite 26. I visited her for a complete hair makeover and she exceeded my expectations. I had no idea what I wanted and provided minimal guidance, but based on a few photos I sent beforehand since we had never met, she created my new colors perfectly. She tweezed hairs without permission, used a strange towel technique that felt uncomfortable, and made fun of me with the receptionists after I left the room. She recommended no products and showed little concern for my well-being.
