Had an incredible ME Spa experience. Spa Director Haley and Nail Tech Maria delivered top-notch customer service. Enjoyed a delightful 60-minute pedicure and natural nail manicure—truly a lovely experience with fantastic results.
I used to frequent the Santa Rosa, CA establishment and was quite pleased. Scheduled a facial with a certain service provider only to be informed 4 hours prior to my appointment that it was cancelled due to the provider. I had arranged my day around it and declined other engagements to make the appointment. I won't be relying on them in the future. They did propose to reschedule and offered a 15% discount, but my time is too valuable to risk another precious summer weekend day being cancelled on.
For over 8 years, I have indulged in pedicures, massages, and facials at ME Spa Tigard. My preference was always the pedicures. Despite changes in pedicure technicians over the years, I could always count on consistent, excellent service. However, after discovering one exceptional technician who has since left, I have tried other pedicure technicians at the spa, and none have come close to the level of service I once received. There is now a lack of service consistency. Regrettably, ME Spa, you have lost a customer who used to refer others to your establishment, but not anymore.
