So disappointed with my nails and the attitude of my nail tech. Not going back! They aren’t interested in doing any current designs or taking time to shape my plain gel manicures into a natural and beautiful shape. My nails look too thick, the gel started chipping the next day and there are bubbles. I visited for a basic pedicure and declined a "complimentary" back massage. Upon settling the bill, I left a 20% tip. The staff member loudly accused me of not tipping for the massage, even though I did not receive one. He persisted in an embarrassing and awkward manner.
