So disappointed with my nails and the attitude of my nail tech. Not going back! They aren’t interested in doing any current designs or taking time to shape my plain gel manicures into a natural and beautiful shape. My nails look too thick, the gel started chipping the next day and there are bubbles. I’ve been there a dozen times and I see the prices are high and quality of work is LOW!
Less than 1 star, Very poor & unprofessional service, I got a manicure done by an older Italian person, they were hurrying & rushing me to my nails under the UV lamp before I could get a chance to look at them, they cannot polish or trim nails properly, they also nipped my fingers so hard, I got a cut & they still hurt. I think they weren’t seeing well, they were nipping way below my fingers bed, and they polished my nails very messy. I do not recommend. I’d be better off polishing my own fingers.
Jessi is an artist! Incredible work ethic, and so creative with their own designs. I’ve never been disappointed once. I am still a loyal customer over a year later and Jessi goes over and beyond with brilliant creations. Had to share some new photos.
