Stayed at Northstar Village, a fantastic experience! Visited Ritz Spa for a treat post-skiing. Warmly greeted at check-in. The massage was top-notch! Unfortunately, faced issues leaving as Gondola shut down early. Concierge and manager at Ritz Carlton were unhelpful. Frank Frank, the front manager, saved the day with kindness. Disappointed by the lack of customer service at a luxury hotel.
Positive: excellent massage and beautiful facility. Negative: Initially denied access to fitness center, which was advertised as part of the spa due to COVID restrictions. Manager intervened, but disappointing for the most expensive spa in Tahoe not to allow access.
Spa day was pure bliss! Enjoyed the pool and champagne on a perfect Tahoe summer day. Anne and Mario provided excellent service. Elaine's massage was incredibly relaxing, and John ensured the spa was well-maintained.
