Stayed at Northstar Village, a fantastic experience! Visited Ritz Spa for a treat post-skiing. Warmly greeted at check-in. The massage was top-notch! Unfortunately, faced issues leaving as Gondola shut down early. Concierge and manager at Ritz Carlton were unhelpful. Frank Frank, the front manager, saved the day with kindness. Disappointed by the lack of customer service at a luxury hotel.
