Today marked my inaugural visit to this establishment, where I was attended to by Renata. Words fail to capture the sheer brilliance of her work! She collaborated with me on color selections, and I felt truly understood when expressing my preferences. Upon leaving my appointment, I felt a newfound sense of beauty. Engaging in conversation with Renata was an absolute delight, akin to conversing with an old confidante. I have already scheduled my next appointment for a touch-up and eagerly anticipate my return!
The salon exuded cleanliness and orderliness. The receptionist greeted me warmly and promptly offered a beverage while informing me that my stylist would be with me shortly. My stylist, Brandon, conducted himself with professionalism and amiability as we discussed the hair treatment plan. We deliberated on the cut, style, and the selection of products to be used.
