I had high hopes for my first appointment at this salon, but it was a letdown. I waited for 20 minutes before my stylist finally attended to me. She spent most of her time finishing up with another client and then started working on her daughter. Unacceptable service.
I had a terrible experience at this salon. I asked for a balayage, but the heat machine they used for coloring burned my face and forehead. The machine kept turning off randomly, and when I told Val, she just said it was "okay" and left it off, making me wait longer without it. Val didn't communicate with me, seemed angry, and rushed through my hair, pulling it aggressively. The tinfoils were falling off, and I felt mistreated. When I asked to leave early, Val washed my hair with boiling water, causing me extreme pain. It was my first time dyeing my hair at a salon, and it was the worst experience ever. Val didn't consider my skin tone for the hair color and made me pay almost the full price for a botched balayage. I left the salon in tears, utterly disappointed.
The salon is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Despite calling just 15 minutes before arriving, they were able to accommodate me.
