Best shop for ANC, will definitely return. Friendly and personable service, even enjoyed a piano concert by the owner's son. Daughter and friends will also be returning. Appreciate the comfortable atmosphere and clear communication.
Fantastic experience! Would give more than 5 stars if possible. Finally found my go-to nail salon after trying many others. Nails matched the photo I brought perfectly, staff was friendly and attentive. Will never go anywhere else again.
Communication issues and poor quality products. Acrylics done 5 weeks ago, appointment delayed by an hour. Despite specifying twice for acrylic removal and gel manicure, mistaken for a fill. Nails chipped within a week, rushed "fix" resulted in streaky and sloppy nails. Overcharged each visit, tools appeared dirty and old.
