Paula, the owner and stylist, is incredibly gifted and has the ability to bring your vision to life, whether it's for your hair, brows, or eyes! I have been a loyal client for years, receiving haircuts and color services from her, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Recently, she worked on my eyebrows and eyeliner, producing fantastic results. But don't just take my word for it - the esthetician at the Four Seasons Spa spontaneously praised her brow and liner work! I wholeheartedly recommend her services without any hesitation.

I cannot endorse this establishment for permanent makeup services. I visited for eyebrow microblading, providing specific pictures and instructions, but unfortunately, the technician did not adhere to my wishes and performed minimal microblading during the initial session. Upon returning for a touch-up four weeks later, I was once again dissatisfied as the desired amount of blading was not achieved. To my dismay, four days later, the microblading completely peeled off, leaving me with only a couple of faint lines in my brows. I suppose I will seek out another professional to have the procedure done correctly. A frustrating experience indeed.
