Highly recommend! The team is incredibly welcoming. Alex provided me with a pedicure and I felt myself relax into the chair. The polish job is flawless. The interior of this establishment is much more spacious than I anticipated, and it's all updated, spotless, and exudes a calming atmosphere. I will definitely be a returning customer!
If you're in search of a nail salon, steer clear of this one. I visited a nail salon during the eclipse, and they left all clients inside while they watched the eclipse outside. After making everyone wait for almost 30 minutes to resume their services, they came back in without an apology or any accommodation. When I inquired about the price after my nails were done, I was told it was $180.00. I asked for an explanation as to why it was nearly $200.00 and why their calculation was off, but they began speaking rapidly and talking over me. I felt very uneasy. Once home, I recalculated and realized my nails should have cost $143.00. I called to complain, and they hung up on me. Two days later, my middle finger nail broke in half... and three days after that, another nail on the same hand broke. I was extremely upset because not only did they overcharge me, but they also did a shoddy job. Today, I had my nails done by my usual nail technician in LA, where I had my nails removed, a full pedicure, a full set of medium nails with sculpted designs on each finger, my eyebrows waxed, arched, threaded, and tinted. My total came to $148.00 after tax. The blue nails are my new set, and I'm thrilled I didn't have to return to the previous salon. I will NEVER go back there. Beware, they will try to take advantage of you. Do not TRUST THIS SALON.
Extremely satisfied! Taylor did my nails, and they were very gentle! He took his time but efficiently filled in my nails, making them look brand new! I had some reservations after reading reviews beforehand, but truthfully, ALL STAFF members were very courteous and professional, and my nails look fantastic! I have no complaints about this establishment whatsoever!
