I was really hoping to fall in love with this nail salon.
My initial visit here and while the customer service was excellent, there were only 3 individuals on duty at the time. I didn't have an appointment and was informed I would have to wait about 30 minutes, which wasn't an issue since I was a "walk-in".
The atmosphere was pleasant and very inviting. However, the quality didn't quite meet my expectations. I adored the overall appearance of the nails, but 30 minutes after my visit, one of my nails was chipped, despite not engaging in any strenuous activities that could have caused it. I returned and had the nail repaired. A few days later, one of my nails completely broke off and 3 more nails are chipped... Again, without any activities that would lead to such breakage. There's absolutely no pain associated with the nail breakage. I'm unsure what occurred, but I regularly get Dip Powder and have never encountered this issue before visiting this nail salon.
