I had an outstanding nail technician in Tracy and she was phenomenal!!! Kim is truly one of the best and perhaps the most compassionate person I have ever encountered! After being a loyal customer for 10 years, I have been without anyone to tend to my nails 💅🏼 since the start of the Pandemic ☹️ Please come back, Nancy and Kim - you both were incredibly wonderful to me🥺 you are sorely missed😞. I visited the salon on Saturday around 6 PM (11/16/18), received the color I desired which was a great start, but by Sunday morning at 9 AM, my nails were already chipped. I decided to return at 11 AM only to be informed that I had to wait nearly 3 hours to have 3 nails fixed! Seriously! When I entered, I explained the situation to the lady, and she seemed unaware, even questioning if I had visited their nail salon. Upon pointing out where I sat the previous day, she appeared slightly annoyed and instructed me to wait. I'm sorry, but no one has 3 hours to spare on a Sunday. I had a negative experience about 5 years ago with this place, decided to give them another chance, and it was a mistake. Do not waste your time and money. I promptly returned to the place I should have never left, "Angels Nails" inside the mall near the security entrance. They assisted me immediately, always being incredibly friendly and kind. Nothing compares to their service. I regret giving the other place another opportunity, save your time and avoid the same mistake I made. Spent $50. Nails did not even last 24 hours.
Nancy and her team are EXCEPTIONAL. Due to the impact of Covid on salons, I have been unable to find a substitute. Please return, Nancy!!! Your presence is dearly missed!!!
