I have been frequenting this establishment since my nail technician, Morlynne, relocated here last year. The atmosphere in this place is truly exceptional. Mr. Alex, the salon proprietor, exudes a sense of hospitality and warmth. I admire the collaborative spirit among the individuals here, always ready to lend a helping hand. I am so disappointed with the service I received and may not return! I visited twice for a pedicure - the gel polish came off the same day on the second visit. I decided to try a dip manicure. When I explained what I wanted, the nail technician questioned if it was worth the money. Despite this, I showed her the style I desired - ombre nails. However, I left the salon with something completely different - no ombre nails and poorly shaped nails. What a waste of time and money!
