I’ve been visiting Taylor for gel manicures and occasional pedicures for at least 5 years. They always do an excellent job. The entire team is very nice and friendly. HIGHLY recommend!!!
Will not go back. See photos. Nails began to peel that night. Went back the very next day an hour before closing and two employees inside, working on two customers. I was asked if I could be helped when I walked in. I walked up to the individual and showed my nails. I said I can even show the receipt. I was asked who did my nails, didn’t know their name but knew their seat/table number. They of course weren’t there. I said even if I can’t get a new color I was willing just to get the three nails redone and that’s it. Neither two employees that were there would redo my three nails. I was asked to come back the next day. I was willing to wait until they finished their current customers (mind you there were only the two in there and no one else) and I couldn’t make it back the next day because I don’t live in the area, and would not be back until sometime during the following week. I asked for the manager to speak with. No one. I asked for names of the employees and they wouldn’t give me their names. The only name I was given was the name of the individual who did my nails, who wasn’t there. They immediately locked the door behind me when I left though the individual told me the they take their last customer at 730pm and I walked out at 718pm. Poor customer service. It was as if I was talking to a brick wall. They didn’t care at all. They weren’t the ones that did my nails. Basically ignored me after a while. I would give zero stars.
The team was very friendly. I adored how attentive everyone was. I didn't love my pedicure. I paid for a spa pedicure and had to lotion my feet later because they were so dry.
