This establishment is subpar. That individual despises their own country. They exhibit impoliteness and disrespect. Why are they even at work if they're going to behave like that? Avoid this place; everything is excessively priced. The neighboring stores only match these high prices. Upon entering, I greeted them, but their hostile energy felt like a challenge. Unpleasant individuals. I’ve been visiting Taylor for gel manicures and occasional pedicures for at least 5 years. They always do an excellent job. The entire team is very nice and friendly. I visited this salon back in 2014 after reading positive reviews and seeing stunning before-and-after photos online. However, as a naturalista, my experience was far from pleasant. The staff appeared to be inconvenienced by having to handle my natural 4c hair. I have been frequenting this establishment since my nail technician, Morlynne, relocated here last year. The atmosphere in this place is truly exceptional. Mr. Alex, the salon proprietor, exudes a sense of hospitality and warmth. I admire the collaborative spirit among the individuals here, always ready to lend a helping hand.
