Took my mother in law for a haircut (hair barely two inches long). Asked Ruth to do the cut, she agreed. But once my mother in law was in the chair, Ruth shouted at the stylist to hurry up because a scheduled client arrived. She specifically asked the stylist to cut her hair. I understand I was a walk-in, but if she knew the stylist had an appointment, she shouldn't have seated my mother in law. Very rude and unprofessional!
Update: Returned today for a correction. Had my hair dyed back to brown with a rinse color, much improved. The cut can still be adjusted easily. Despite the initial mix-up, they made an effort to rectify it. While it may not be exactly what I wanted originally, the service itself was commendable- worth mentioning.
Ruth is exceptional! My hair was short and wouldn't grow. Thanks to Ruth's cuts and treatments, my hair is now healthy and long. I appreciate her advice on maintaining hair health and preventing breakage. Her blowouts are top-notch! Extremely professional and talented. Highly recommend this place!
