Took my mother in law for a haircut (hair barely two inches long). Asked Ruth to do the cut, she agreed. But once my mother in law was in the chair, Ruth shouted at the stylist to hurry up because a scheduled client arrived. She specifically asked the stylist to cut her hair. I understand I was a walk-in, but if she knew the stylist had an appointment, she shouldn't have seated my mother in law.
