Absolutely the best manicure I've ever received! Highly recommended. Delighted with my nails! The whole team was welcoming. The precision, color choices, and cleanliness were exceptional. The owner's talent shines through! I'm quick to spot errors, shortcuts, or rushed work...none of that at this salon! Everything was executed flawlessly. I felt truly pampered and will be back soon.
I visited for a dip powder manicure, and the experience was awful, all 10 nails/skin left raw, some even bleeding...! Detailed pictures to follow...! Tom took over after a staff member did a poor job, but he made it worse...! When I mentioned it wasn't fair to pay while in pain, the owner and spouse insisted my nails were fine, incredibly rude! Despite having a witness, the lack of customer empathy was astounding, then they suggested I see a doctor and send them the bill!!! Unbelievable! I offered to pay half, but they were adamant...! Even offered to remove it all, but my fingers stung so badly...! Still, no compassion from Tom and his spouse...! This treatment should be illegal, but to them, the customer is worthless...! Let's hope my hands/fingers don't get infected! Disrespectful and unacceptable!
Adore this spot. Spotless, warm, and skilled crew. Thang crafted my gel nails to match an image I provided. His attention to detail was impeccable! Undoubtedly the premier nail salon in the Litchfield Hills.
