This establishment has recently begun using significantly smaller rotisserie chickens while maintaining the same exorbitant price. If they are willing to deceive customers with regards to chicken, it is advisable to avoid this place and opt for shopping at Big Y instead. Such unethical business practices only harm consumers and line the already deep pockets of Stop & Shop.
I recently witnessed an unkempt employee in the produce department, sporting a scruffy beard, scratching his protruding belly under his shirt! Absolutely repulsive! Refrain from purchasing anything from this store unless it is securely packaged. I have informed the produce manager, store manager, and the Torrington health district about this incident.
