For the past 2 years, I have entrusted Mike with my haircuts. He is consistently professional, friendly, punctual, and efficient in his work. The shop is always impeccably clean, and his sense of humor makes the experience enjoyable. While I could easily go elsewhere, I have never felt the need to do so. I highly recommend him for all your barbering needs.
I would rate this experience a perfect 5 stars! I accidentally mixed up my appointment schedule, so I reached out to see if I could reschedule without knowing the outcome. To my surprise, I received a text back the same day granting my request for a new appointment. The best part is the exceptional value - the service is efficient, thorough, and the barber is incredibly pleasant. Undoubtedly the best in the area.
I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years now, and there have been rumors about inconsistency in opening times and missed appointments. I chose to ignore these whispers until today when I showed up for my confirmed appointment, received a reminder that day, and Mike was nowhere to be found. Working night shifts, exhausted at the end of my week, eagerly anticipating a haircut, only to be stood up. I have no intention of returning. Apologies and free haircuts offer aside, all I ask is for punctuality.
