I have been patronizing this salon for the past year. I must give it a single star for various reasons. One of them being the inadequate coloring services. The parking situation is dreadful, and the salon emits a strong, unpleasant burnt odor that hits you even before you step inside. The cleanliness is subpar, and the staff lacks friendliness. Despite my dissatisfaction, I never voice my concerns in hopes of improvement, but unfortunately, each visit disappoints. Even after switching stylists, the results remained unsatisfactory, leading to my decision to cease my visits. Upon reading other reviews, it appears they also respond negatively to feedback online... Fortunately, I found a new salon and am delighted with the switch. They listen to my needs, and the results are just right!
I have frequented this establishment for years. The service is exceptional, with everyone exuding warmth and friendliness! My hair consistently looks fabulous and maintains its health. Their flexibility extends beyond the appointment, as they are understanding and willing to rectify any rare mistakes made, ensuring you leave with the desired look you initially envisioned. Anyone who has stepped foot in this salon can attest to the high regard Amy and her team hold for each customer, whether it's a quick haircut or a lengthy 6-hour coloring session to achieve the perfect look. The atmosphere is always filled with joy and smiles, and your respect for the business is always reciprocated! If I could, I would give them 10 stars without hesitation!
