I had not visited this store in quite some time. It remains just as I recall it—clean, organized, and consistent with other Sam’s Club locations I have frequented. The store caters to both businesses and individuals, offering a wide array of products not only in bulk but also as individual items such as clothes and books. I have found the prices to be quite reasonable, particularly in comparison to other retailers, especially for children’s books. The variety of high-quality items available, spanning school and office supplies, clothing, electronics, food, household goods, toys, and books, is truly impressive.
I placed an order for my elderly mother and disabled sister, and unfortunately encountered a cashier named "Lori" who displayed rudeness and dismissiveness, even rolling her eyes. While I understand the store was busy, it is not acceptable to treat customers in such a manner. My mother felt rushed during the transaction. On a positive note, another cafe worker named Raul was extremely friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant contrast to the negative experience with Lori.
