It was my first visit to the salon. I’ve heard great things about it, so I decided to give it a shot. I went with Carmen. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kind with me. She made sure she understood what I wanted, so she knew I was getting the services I needed. I appreciate that she took the time to listen to my concerns and thoughts. In the end, she exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be returning to see her again!
I got my hair styled and colored here yesterday and I LOVE it!!! Riley knew exactly what to do. The atmosphere here is calm yet professional and I felt very at ease - I could sense when I entered that I was in good hands. Highly recommend!!!
I can’t express enough, we feel fabulous! My daughter and I have been seeing Taylor for color and cut and Morgan for keratin treatments and cuts here at the downtown location. Both stylists have exceptional expertise in these areas. I absolutely adore the shine, smoothness, and manageability I’m getting from my keratin treatments with Morgan - This process doesn’t harm my hair like relaxers or smoothing treatments used to in the past, I’m so impressed! It’s quite a lengthy process but oh my is it worth it. My daughter and I have super thick curly coarse hair so it takes time and Morgan does it meticulously - I am so grateful. It’s an added bonus that Garnet offers delicious local kombucha and tasty dessert-like protein bites for snacks to enjoy. Just when I think I know all Garnet has to offer, nope! Oh wait there’s more! Lashes, nails, massage, even healthy treats - the list goes on and I’ll have to try lashes and perhaps a massage someday soon. My daughter's color has been the longest lasting vibrant blues, aquas, and greens of which she adores and after all this time the color has continued to surprise us at how it’s faded to a plasma yellow/green - not at all “barf green”, Lol. And, not the damage I was concerned about during the bleach process - bravo Taylor! It also helps that the salon carries excellent products to maintain color or keratin treatments long-lasting and healthy. Thank you for being here and taking good care of us and our hair!
