My first experience with Crystal was at Ulta, and it was also my first time there. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautifully she did my eyebrows. I have very sparse eyebrows, and previous professionals would always make them look even thinner. She cleaned them up nicely and achieved the perfect look without going overboard.
